Muscular Strength & Range of Movement is the SilverSneakers® core class for total body conditioning. The instructor guides you through functional, daily exercise activities with resistance tools to be used at your own pace. This class helps improve overall strength, flexibility, posture and balance. This class can be done seated.

Wednesdays at 3:00 is Seniors Yoga designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement, as well as, promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is done seated in a chair.

Yoga focuses on full body flexibility and deep breathing. An excellent class for everyone…and a great stress reliever too! Class participants work primarily on a mat on the floor.

Introduction to weight training focused on the upper body. If you want those arms that people envy; Sleek shoulders, Bi’s and Tri’s, start building and sculpting with Deb on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Class is limited to 6 participants and is on a first come, first served basis.

A fitness class focused on posture and muscular balance. Participants will learn about their bodies strengths and weaknesses and how to work with them.This class will include floor work and has an inviting atmosphere.
