Melissa Lee, PTPhysical Therapist
Melissa has 14 years experience in outpatient setting and extensive training in orthopedic conditions. She is certified in Orthopedic Manual Therapy through Medical University of South Carolina in 2013. Melissa is an APTA credentialed clinical Instructor in 2016. She has played Collegiate Volleyball and softball at Gardner -Webb University. When she is not working she enjoys golfing, camping, fishing and hiking.
Steve Ahrens, MPTPhysical Therapist
Steve, grew up in Horseheads, New York. He graduated from West Point in 1984, and served as a Ranger-Qualified Infantry Officer until 1989. Steve pursued his passion for health and medicine earning a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Duke University in 1992. He has 25 years of experience in orthopedics and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This gives him a unique set of skills that helps him meet the needs of not only athletes, but all his clients. He has helped numerous professional and Olympic athletes with their rehabilitation. In his spare time, he is often seen exercising. Steve is a highly competitive marathoner and Ironman tri-athlete. He also loves to travel and is an avid adventure seeker.
Lauren works to help scheduling patients, calling insurance and keeping the facility clean. When she is on her time she enjoys time with her little boy and fiancé at the beach or crafting. Her long term goals is to become a nurse one day.
