Body Core Instructor: Yvonne Dessoffy, PTA
This body shaping class utilizes weights, exercise bands/tubes, steps, balls and bosu... you never know what she will do!! This group class will give you a total body workout. Your body core will tone, firm and shape muscle, which will in turn promote bone density, strength and flexibility.
- Classes are Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm
Class Hard Core Instructor: Fran Friday
Spend 20 minutes working on core specific exercises that target your lower and upper abdominals, obliques, and lower back. Followed by a full core stretch. Great compliment to Zumba class at 6 pm.

Use it or Lose It (Senior Class) Instructor: Nancy Cunningham
Challenges seniors to improve strength, endurance, balance and coordination with just enough dance, music and fun to add a little pep to your day.
Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9:30 class is basic floor exercises
10:00 includes basic step routines and ball
exercises
Zumba Instructor Salinda and Tammy
Zumba fitness is a class that gives you a total body workout by getting your feet moving, hips swinging, and your whole body grooving. With hot rhythms like Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, and Samba you won't be able to reisit the calorie-torching party! Your instructor will take you step by step through each move and dance to shimmy and shake your way to a super-sculpted shape. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!! It's promised to be a fun way to chisel your entire body from head to toe!
- Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm
- Also Thursday 8:30 am
Yoga Instructor Shannon Carney
Yoga focuses on full body flexibility and deep breathing. This is an excellent class for everyone and a great stress reliever too! This class is limited in size, so please reserve your spot ahead of time at the front desk.

Programs start as little as $69 per month for 1 time a week Coaching.
Therapy Pool

- The pool is available to members and non-members
- After a one time evaluation from a physical therapyist you may purchase a 10 session package
- You may schedule a time for your private pool time
- Video available for competition swimmers (by appointment only)
