Part of our philosophy at PRO is to support overall health and well being through health maintenance and pro-active care. The goal in a pro-active approach is maintaining good health and optimum physical function while preventing disease, sickness, pain and disability.

Pedal to fitness! Burn calories, improve your cardiovascular endurance and enhance your overall health. This class is geared for most levels of fitness. Whether beginning or experienced, the instructor will help you to work within your abilities.
- Monday night classes are more for beginners and Wednesday nights are designed for the more experienced.
- Body Core Instructor: Yvonne Dessoffy, PTA
This body shaping class utilizes weights, exercise bands/tubes, steps, balls and bosu... you will never know!! This group class will give you a total body workout. Your body core will tone, firm and shape muscle, which will in turn promote bone density, strength and flexibility.

This class focusses on improving flexibility, strength and body awareness. You will learn to use your own body weight for resistance to develop core muscle strength and body
alignment.
