Office manager – Leadership position

PRO Physical Therapy has been serving the Upstate of SC and the Foothills of Western NC for 20 plus years. We are area leaders in providing Rehabilitation and Fitness Services and have a unique and life-changing impact on those we serve.

We are seeking an individual with experience in leadership and management of a medical/fitness practice in our Columbus, NC location. The qualified candidate would assist the owners in the overall management of the Columbus office and supervision of support personnel.

The right candidate has office and or practice management experience, strong leadership skills, computer skills and is a fast learner with a heart for customer service. You will function as a critical member of our leadership team. Duties will include payroll data collection, coordination of scheduling, coordination of fitness member services, day to day operations, and monitoring of key business functions.

This is a fun but demanding and fast paced work environment that requires focus, a positive attitude, attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, strong computer skills, a welcoming smile, and a heart for serving your team-mates and customers.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Microsoft office, and QuickBooks experience preferred.
